Open Space
The project embraces a fluid floor plan designed to maximize natural light. The necessary partitions are positioned perpendicularly to the façade, and the decision to omit suspended ceilings along the building’s perimeter removes all visual obstructions to the outside. This strategy takes full advantage of the views while creating a sense of industrial spaciousness.

Core
The heart of the office is defined by a system of suspended wooden slats on the central ceiling. This feature serves as a decorative element while highlighting the spatial hierarchy. It seamlessly integrates the lighting system to provide indirect light and functions as an acoustic diffuser, ensuring the quiet environment essential for an open-plan layout.

Co-working
The workspace is organized through flexible modules designed to foster the exchange of ideas and team adaptability, all while maintaining aesthetic consistency with the wooden central core.
