The design preserves two main circulation corridors that divide the floor plan into three longitudinal strips:
• North Strip: Existing furniture was redistributed to accommodate the management team.
• South Strip: A mix of private and shared office cubicles was designed for directors and administrative staff. These spaces open toward the rest of the floor via glass partitions, ensuring visual continuity.
• Central Strip: This area houses the staff workstations, configured as open-plan islands without partitions to enhance the sense of space. These are followed by small meeting rooms—with the same glass treatment as the offices—and the service core (restrooms and AHU/mechanical rooms). The layout culminates at the end of both corridors with the Innovation Room, a spacious, multi-purpose area designed for recreation, rest, conferences, meetings, and breaks.

The remodeling of the physical plant features a dual-access layout. The main reception has been redistributed to create a warmer atmosphere through the use of wood paneling on the walls, while maintaining access to the primary meeting rooms. A second entrance facilitates staff movement, featuring a comfortable parametric sofa and a corporate-style selfie point.
