The building’s structure is designed as a hybrid system of exposed reinforced concrete and steel elements. This approach balances the compressive strength and brutalist aesthetic of concrete with the lightness required to achieve the cantilevers. These structural shifts create covered, column-free spaces that project seamlessly toward the surrounding landscape.

The house is made of two offset volumes linked by a central space that integrates the vertical circulation, a double-height area, and an outward projection toward a panoramic view of Caracas through an infinity-edge pool.
