Arthur Kahn
“After two years filled with much music, and also with much magic, because Kahn was an enthusiast of prestidigitation, eventually becoming a great magician himself, he moved to Paris in 1932, and enrolled in the École des Beaux-Arts to study architecture, training at the studio of Georges Gromort. He also studied painting at the Académie Julian.”
Faced with the need to renovate a house valued as architectural heritage, an opportunity arose to rethink the residential and functional needs of the contemporary world. The challenge was to preserve the atmosphere and aesthetics that characterized the original design of this house for over 60 years. This was achieved through specific interventions on the façade, improvements to its internal distribution, and the inclusion of contemporary materials, ensuring its relevance and adaptation to modern demands without sacrificing its original architectural value.
