The open-office concept aims to eliminate physical barriers that may hinder communication among employees. This design fosters an inclusive work environment where the exchange of ideas is facilitated. The absence of cubicles allows for greater visibility and accessibility between teams, strengthening collaboration and creativity.
Lighting plays a central role in the architecture, taking the form of circular elements that function both as a suspended ceiling and as large-scale acoustic fixtures (1.50m in diameter). Their distribution over the open circulation area provides order and a clear sense of spatial organization.
