Program II of Physical Habilitation of Neighborhood Zones proposes the complete incorporation of informal weaving areas into contemporary Venezuelan cities. To this end, and through competitions, the formulation of plans, programs and projects that will lead to the execution of a set of urbanization works for a large group of neighborhoods nationwide has begun, in order to achieve their definitive insertion, in a harmonious and adequate way, to the planned urban environment. , homologating its conditions of urbanization to those of the formal city.
