It is proposed to intervene a house dating from the ’70s preserving its façade and some time”s characteristics, but modernizing the common and private spaces. With specific interventions of furniture and restorations a contrast is achieved between the gabled ceilings with wooden dovetailed, gray stone walls, hexagonal mosaic or parquet floors, and the furniture and pannels with white finishes that articulate and give utility to the internal spaces.
Immediate to the access there is the main social area, living room, dining room, bar, coexist in a diaphanous space “open space” with dividing walls, and are linked, on the one hand, through a sliding door with the kitchen, with a completely renovated finish and open to a small terrace with metal pergolas, and on the other hand through a window with a terrace that finishes with a waterproof roof and wooden pergolas.
In the intimate area of the house, half a level below, is the master bedroom, with a small private terrace, and a bathroom with dressing room expanded according to the original situation of the house. The two secondary rooms are integrated by sliding doors with a third central room that resulted in a living room of games and tasks for the children. The TV room that was enabled with a piece of furniture, is directly linked to the back garden of the house, where a landscape intervention was made and a conditioning of the pool with a wooden deck surface, grill and a module of bathrooms and showers.
