The responsibility of developing a large-scale project in a location with such immense potential, open to the sea and sheltered by mountains, provided a clear mandate: to respect and emphasize the natural beauty of the site. The design focuses on an organic dialogue with the environment, considering not only the Caribbean Sea but also the surrounding vegetation. The ultimate goal is to seamlessly integrate the project into the “Cinta Costera” (Coastal Belt) landscape rather than imposing upon it.
Located in Osma, La Guaira, this extensive site is envisioned as a hotel-residential hub designed to provide new commercial, housing, and recreational opportunities for both tourists and the local community of Osma.
